Obama Supporters: CLINTON MUST DENOUNCE AND REJECT RENDELL
So, it has been a few weeks, but we all remember when PA gov Rendell stated that conversative whites would not vote for a black person. (See: http://video.msn.com/video.aspx?mkt=en-us&vid=1224d64b-b93c-4688-9c12-a378d79b5914) Of course, Rendell, who has been and is one of Clinton's biggest supporters in PA, is fortunate that his "gaffe" took place before the new rules. We learned at the debate in OH that when a supporter says something utterly offensive, i.e., racist, sexist or anti-semetic, about other people --especially your opponent--you distance yourself. Clinton went out of her way to make clear that it is not enough to "denounce" people who say such things, you have to "reject" them, hence the now famous two-fer by Obama: "I would reject and denounce."
So, HRC, where is the rejection? When I see you ridin' shotgun with Rendell, I see a political marriage with not a wrinkle in sight--what's up with that?
Before you retort, 'but he apologized and clarified!,' I would direct you to Samantha Powers, who also apologized and clarified, and yet is today's casualty of the hypocritical, power-hungry Clinton camp. With them, "do as I say and not as I do," has never had more potency.
