Sarah Palin: Community Organizer?

This just occurred to me and apologies if it's already been blogged, because it's pretty obvious and funny.  But when Palin said that "we know we can effect positive change outside government at this moment in time," was she announcing the beginning of her career as a .... gasp...

....COMMUNITY ORGANIZER??

Cute but what she was saying, for starters, is that she knows she's failing as a governor at this time, that she cannot govern effectively from within. She's affecting the mantle of the revolutionary, just another step beyond the "maverick" spin of the election last year. Palin might make an effective figurehead for generation of astroturf.

I look forward to the time she renounces conservatism in politics openly and fully.

I had the same thought. A really, really well-paid community organizer.

An organizer of prosperous communities.
