Please remove the man's address. His horrific views are going to be seen for what they are, and this really shouldn't be what we do on this site.
If you want to write somebody, write the McCain campaign. Better yet, write letters to the editor of the guy's local paper or to the TV station that covered the story. McCain and Palin are the ones who need to realize what they're doing to our country by tacitly condoning this hateful and hurtful nonsense. They're the ones who need to get a grip on their own supporters if they want to call themselves any kind of "leaders."

I did state that the letters should be kind, because this man is probably very scared. But I said it in a sarcastic way, so I guess it counts more as mockery than good intentions.

There is a ghost made from a white sheet hanging by a noose from a tree. The ghost has the name, HUSAIN [sic] spray-painted on it, and an upside-down "Obama" sign stuck to it too.
I agree to leave the guy alone. This kind of shit was started by the McCain campaign, and although this guy probably always felt this way, the campaign's low behavior gave him permission to do this. Leave him alone. He's probably too scared to even go out and vote now anyway.
Aunt Sam -- it's a local news story about a man who has hung a ghostlike figure from a tree in his yard with a sign saying "Obama" on it. He says his action isn't political, it's racist. I didn't watch the whole thing but that's the gist.
I like the Jewish star on "ghost-Obama's" head. Nice touch. Even McKKKain doesn't have the stones yet to connect Obama to the international Jewish conspiracy that is obviously (for folks like this fellow...and probably Joe the plumber) behind the current financial meltdown. I guess they're waiting until after the election for that.
The guy is "afraid"? The guy is a COWARD, regardless whether his ALLEGED fear is based upon LIES. To make excuses for RACISTS is to encourage racism. STOP making excuses for the hateful.
This brings as to philosophical questions: Should we be hateful toward the hateful? Should we tolerate intolerance? By being hateful and intolerant toward the hateful and intolerant, are we being the same as them, or are we being better? Etc.
