I always remember that old folk song from the thirties: "Which side are you on?" It has the flavor of West Virginia coal mines. It's just West Virginia always votes Republican. Medved (You have to Put-in an extra ev to have a Russian Tsar) who went from reviewing films to attempting to make Rush and the rest 'reasonable' just wrote a book and I watched him pitch it on C-SPAN. The title is something like ten reasons liberals are idiots.
According to people like Medved, you have to begin by saying how terrible slavery was..blah, blah blah.
But it was world wide and we were not the worst, blah, blah, blah.
If you use their tactics, you could make a case for abusing children. All you have to do is put it in context.
I can be bi-partisan on some issues. Wind power seems to be becoming bi-partisan although the two senators from Oklahoma probably would find something wrong with it.
But I am too old, I draw a line.
Republicans kill kittens is a motto good enough for me.
