Palin Slams SF Chronicle
And the Chron slams right back!
Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, in a campaign appearance Sunday, criticized comments about coal technology that Sen. Barack Obama made to The Chronicle editorial board in January, and suggested that the newspaper withheld the information from the public - even though the interview has been posted on the newspaper's Web site since it was given....
The Republican National Committee also sent out blog reports pushing the notion of a "hidden" Obama videotape withheld by The Chronicle...John Diaz, editor of The Chronicle's editorial pages, said the paper not only posted the entire audio and video of the Obama interview, but promoted it to readers.
"How can anyone suggest that we hid an interview that we did, immediately put up on the Web - and advertised to our readers?" said Diaz. "We promoted it like hell ... and I'm sure the Clinton campaign and the McCain campaign scrubbed it. You can still find the whole 48 minutes and 33 seconds online."

Sarah, before you slam San Francisco, remember for someone who likes to shop with the campaign's money expensive clothing stores, they have some very finest ones in SF.
Never have I seen a candidate for one of the highest offices of the land who can match you for reading a prepared script but who has such a total lack of understanding for the way our government works. To put it politely, you are a moron.
Hey, has anyone told you how much we are not going to miss hearing your shrill voice after tomorrow?

There's no better marker for the moral and intellectual corruption of contemporary conservatism than the elevation of Sarah Palin.

It was this interview that I always sent people who didn't know Obama and his take on things. It was hardly hidden. Just more crap from the cheap seats. Fifteen minutes are almost up, Gov!

I too will not miss that annoying voice nor will I miss her "you betcha", "say it ain't so", etc. A plain and simple "village idiot" that died soon after her rise to fame. Not soon enough though!

I would say that being slammed by her is an honor except of course the Chronicle has been slammed by far "better"...

She's the most outrageous liar I can think of in public life these days, utterly brazen and shameless. She really will say anything at all, just as if she believed there was no way that anything she says can be checked for veracity in seconds. Nobody who supports her can possibly claim to care about honesty in public servants. She's a walking insult to one's intelligence.

Sarah thinks that all people are as dumb as she and her handlers. They tout their ignorance as if its a virtue in their up is down world.
Her slanderous comments about Ayers and Khaladi, both respected college professors, and Obama, a man she never met and didn't know were so deeply stupid that she will never live them down.
The gall and presumptuousness she exhibits are mind boggling. She is the perfect example of "prejudice prior to investigation is ignorance".
She hasn't moved from square one, where all one could ask is: "Who. does. she. think. she. is?"
