NOW Credit Default Swaps Have Rules
Josh wonders why we can't find out who the AIG counter parties are. Apparently there were no requirements that the issuing party actually have the cash to cover its obligations, but when it comes time for someone to ask a simple question, THAT's not allowed.
I suggest we forget Limbaugh and Steele for a while and start educating the average citizen as to what's going on. I have to imagine if there were true understanding of the meaning of "getting government off our backs" these guys would be marginalized even more than they are now.
