Let's Look at GOP Priorities & Their Actions
I've been an active voter for about 15 years now and I've always felt that the GOP doesn't really have any interest in solving any of the problems that they campaign on because then they couldn't campaign on them anymore I guess. So let's look at the main national level domestic issues that the Republicans have focused on for the last number of years and please provide additional examples if I miss something.

- Privatize Social Security

- Tax Cuts
- Drill Baby Drill
- Illegal Immigration
- End Affirmative Action

You forgot protecting stem cells, particularly relevant this anniversary of 9/11 as George Dubya was working on exploiting stem cells as a partisan issue most of August 2001 while on vacation in Crawford.

Thanks for the reminder on Stem Cells! Good Call!
I keep looking at how the GOP has tried to tie immigration issues to this Health Care bill and its a rediculous argument that our Health Care laws should be based on the idea that its OK to let people die in the street if they don't have proper documents.
If immigration laws need to be fixed so badly; how about oh I don't know, an Immigration Bill to deal with it?
