USA Scandal: It's all about 2008 and ...

Ahhh...I see now. It finally clicked when I watched Josh's vlog on Tim Griffin who is the new US Attorney (USA) in Arkansas.

These USA replacements are part of the strategy for 2008.

As Josh and others have pointed out many times, the voter fraud allegations are very likely a canard designed to fool states to take steps that ultimately suppress minority voter turnout, who predominantly vote Democratic. The GOP wants cooperative USA's in place to investigate voter fraud in key states.

Now consider why they would place an expert on oppo research as USA in Arkansas. What dirt could he dig up there that would be helpful to the GOP chances in 2008?

Wait for it. Wait for it...

Hillary Rodham Clinton of course!

It has been obvious for some time that the GOP's vitriol towards HRC is because they fear her. Could it be that Griffin is being installed as USA in Arkansas with marching orders to do oppo research on the side?

(I am not sure how Obama fits into this strategy. I suspect they will just play the race card every way they can.)

I also have my own theory that Cheney will step down this summer (for health reasons of course) and Bush will anoint a successor as his VP. Who would that be: Jeb, Condi, McCain, Rudy?

Here's the scenario. It is summer 2008:

  • Iraq is in a bloody civil war because the Dems forced Bush to withdraw troops.

  • Republican scandals have mostly been replaced with Democratic scandals spurred on by investigations by the USA's who "got the message".

  • Voter roles have been "cleansed" and safeguards implemented to protect us from voter fraud, with the unfortunate side affect that minority and elderly voters are turned away at the polls.

  • Electronic voting machines are even more widespread but are still not secure and still lack a paper trail.

  • The new VP (Jeb or Condi is my guess) easily takes the Republican nomination.

  • Then the shoe drops, dirt is dug up on the Democratic nominee. Media frenzy ensues.

  • The Republican nominee wins the election by a razor thin margin.

Only question I still have is: when do the terrorists attack, before or after the election?

Did Republicans Hack Joe's Site?

The quick and overwhelming support for Joe Lieberman by the GOP leadership is curious. I can't see how this public outporing of support from the other side of the aisle can help Lieberman. The only explanation I have heard that makes sense is that the Republicans want Lamont to win, so they can point to him as evidence that the Democrats are returning to their mythical radical-left-wing anti-war roots, which the GOP is already doing.

This leads me to wonder, who is most motivated to hack Lieberman's website? Who has a track record of dirty tricks? The answer is obvious.
