"Catch 22"

When I served in Viet Nam there was a book making its rounds it was called “Catch 22”. I had few opportunities to view its pages. I pretty much thought it was crap and decided to put my efforts into “Love Story”.

In “Catch 22” it explained how wealth could be achieved by allowing others to profit from your success. That way they would allow you to do what ever you wanted (as long as it could not be pinned upon them).

At this very moment the United States is being duped once again. Predominately Muslim Countries are buying up our grains to create shortages. It is being allowed because people in this country are making a lot of money off of it

Do you have any sources for this?

Predominantly Muslim and African countries generally do not like to buy US grains because of GMO's. The real shortages are in Australia and the Ukraine because of severe droughts this year. In addition, climate problems have adversely affected crops in Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Turkey.

Our typical trading partners for grains are Southeast Asia and Latin America. Although, Muslim countries do import heavily on wheat, they are still minimal on other grains.

In addition, I would suggest looking at non-conspiratorial reasons for the uptick in grain exports. Weak US dollars, strong Euro, and a slightly inflationary Chinese economy help to drive demand for US grains.

I'm sorry, I do not understand your reply.

Could you provide a little context with your numbered points, please?

An apparent non sequitur, or at least another response without context. Unless you're working with code, in which case I'd need your crib sheet to decipher.

If you'd rather not discuss a topic which you posted about, fine.

No Eric

It's not that. Although In my line of work I have sent encrypted messages to this site. They have been deleted of course. And other sites on which they were encrypted and deleted as well. That being said I am done with that.

My purpose for my original post was to alert the inhabitants in this country to a wrong that I see. If a person does not appreciate that. That's okay.

By the way I am in the 29550 zip code area and would like to buy dinner at Takkis.

If you are in the area let me know.

I answered that.
