Can you just see the anger-holics shouting at their TVs.  All of this news about the meltdown is coming from Democrats.  "Democrats nearly destroyed our economy!!!", they will scream.  Not because it is the fault of the Democrats, but because they have that whisper thin majority.   It is why they're being pushed up front to explain the the American people what just happened.

Democrats cannot let any opportunity slip past, in the media or on Main Street, to remind people who will not see this, that the Democrats have a majority of one.  Democrats need to repeat the exact number of filibusters that have been thrown in their way as they've been given the title, "Do Nothing Congress".

The battle rages in the teeny-tiny minds of the Zom-Bushes, who are jumping up about Palin being their God-given savior.  All facing in one direction, not blinking, not thinking not seeing.  It is up to the Democrats and Independents to explain at every turn, how the meltdown was brought to us by the Republicans, putting personal profits before the people. 

Todd Palin:  First Ninja.  

It needed to be written in bold, italics and underlined.  We are talking about Todd Palin evading this subpoena rather then addressing his action.  If this will not be addressed by legal standards, then it can be addressed in the court of public opinion.  Blogs are where we read the truth more then the press.  We read a lot of BS too, and then we have to sift what is real and what is not.  At least on a blog we need not pretend we are without bias.  In the end, even the lies are real as they have been written and reflect the sentiment, agenda and length to which people will go to move their ideas forward.

The sentiment I have is that these Palins are creepy.  Their behavior is subversive.  What things do we know?  The trooper was investigated, punished and Alaska moved on.  The Palins did not move on and they sought to have this reopened.  In their estimation the punishment was not severe enough.  They wanted him fired.  Was this ever about the nephew, or was this about the sister?

The critical issue here, however, is how much power does Todd Palin have.  It seems he not only calls Law Enforcement Supervisors, but counsels his wife on day-to-day state affairs.   There's the ninja.  Creeping around silent to the people assisting in the destruction of people's careers and God knows what else. Where else has be put his nose?  Who elected him?  When was he appointed? 

All this reminds me of Hillary Clinton.  The audacity of Hillary to think she could work on public healthcare issues in the White House.

There's a parallel here.  Two spouses taking advantage of their marital relations.  But we're talking two extremely different agendas.  One to help people live well and the other to destroy their careers.  One whose work was actually well known to people and the other whispered in the shadows.

Career destruction is a recurring theme in Sarah Palin's wake.  The mayoir brought her into the city council and she took his job.  The Governor took her under his wing, and he too lost his job.  Ted Stevens brings her millions of dollars from Washington and, while she did originally particiate in a 527 for him, he has now become some stranger.  A governor does not know her own state's Senator? 

It's no secret prior to nomination she had no clue about Washington except that they could send you a ton of money.Now she's been welcomes to participate in the pursuit of the highest office in the land.  Beware John McCain!!!  If one of them does not stab you in the back, the other will.

John McCain stated not that long ago that he knew little about economics.  How can someone be a Senator for over two decades and not know anything about the economy?  And why is that same person now informing us that the fundamentals of the economy are strong?

Okay, McCain later clarifies that he meant the American worker and the inherent attributes of that worker.  As if!!!!  But, I'll assume he is being honest [which is not something I'm basing on history, but merely for argument sake].   Does McCain not think there are any workers with their pensions or savings held by Lehman Brothers?  Are any of those workers strong now?  What about Merrill Lynch, where both myself and my wife have our 401Ks?  Is he suggesting that we are strong?  Maybe he's making this declaration as a signal to the rest of the Reich that the workers need to be knocked down by them again, or we will get back up and vote for Obama.

Zom-Bushes refers to people who seemed to have lost their minds, but not their voices, which they raised to worship President Bush.  You know the ones, they cannot withstand any serious discussion about the issues one might have regarding the present Administration.  They develop an immediate virulent anger towards anyone who challenged their view of what is being done.  When Dubya's popularity sank to below 30%, I thought maybe people had snapped out of it.  America was waking up.

Then along came Sarah Palin.  Now the glazed looks have returned and it is clear Sarah Palin is a 30 percenter.  She said as much when Charlie Gibson with ABC News interviewed her.  She talked about how she did not blink when she was asked to be John McCain's running mate.  That confidence has to be so strong a person does not blink when challeneged.  Their dedication to the mission must somehow override any hesitation ... or thought.

Now the Zom-Bushes are returning.  They have a mission with this self-declared Christian who is ready to take control of the United States without even blinking.   The adoration rising for Sarah Palin is truly disturbing.  One has to question how, if these people are not blinking, they can continue to support these candidates when there are so many unanswered questions.  Defining them as Zom-Bushes explains it very nicely.

What do we know about Zom-Bushes?  One thing is certain, these people do NOT believe in the Constitution, although they may say they do.  If they did, they might have respect for the rule of law and the three co-equal branches of government.  In fact, and very openly, they hold these co-equal branches of government in contempt.  Subpeonas are ignored, executive fantasies are written on bills, and these individuals believe these scribbles are laws simply because they were written by the hand of the one they worship.   

For another, they run for an office in the government while very candidly expressing their disdain for government, and so we have come to the present situation.  But the Zom-Bushes are not able to see what is so plainly occurring right before thier unblinking eyes.  Lehman Brothers folds, Merrill Lynch has a garage sale, and AIG seeks to know the fees for classified advertisements because they may have a HUGE SALE of their own, if they don't implode before the paper comes out.

At the heart of their beliefs is contempt.  Not just for Congress and the Courts, but for the people, ALL the people.  They especially loathe the ones who blink.  The latest declaration made by the McCain campaign was that the press would have no access to the VP candidate until they showed sufficient respect and deference.  

What is needed here is respect for and deference to the people.  {Blink}  We have a right to ask question, and it is the media that asks those questions on our behalf. {Blink}How can someone be ready to be VPOTUS and not be able to handle an interview or a single question from the media? {Blink}

Was Sarah Palin ever vetted? {Blink}  If so, why was it okay to be embroiled in a scandal and still be presented as a candidate? {Blink}  Is it that they have so little regard for legislatures that they felt it was immaterial? {Blink}  

It may be too late for some that have reverted to Zom-Bushes, but we need to talk to those who may be vulnerable to becoming mesmerized again.  The boldness the McCain-Palin ticket exudes during this campaign is a drug for the weak.  It allows them to sink into a stupor and believe without blinking in the mission.  Sarah Palin, to the eye, gave a great interview.  She leaned toward the reporter.  She punched at the air under his nose.  She called him by name as if she was the teacher and he the student. 

During the interview, when one blinks, one sees the flaws, the ignorance and arrogance are apparent.  When one does not blink, it becomes okay not to second guess what is heard.  

Make some noise!  Startle them!  Wake them up!  Be vigilant of those creeping back into the slumber of surrender and keep them awake.  We need to fight for our country.  We are losing our rights to indifference.  We can make a difference.  When the media is out of reach, we can reach these people and perhaps they will blink.  If not, this window for change will be closed as quick as a wink, and what will there be to save after four more years of the same.
