Yeah, in general, I really hope the GOP commits political hari kari soon. As my TPM buddy, dickday, recently observed, certain Republicans just make you want to pummel them with a baseball bat.

This is what I learned arguing with cons:
They want our President to fail in two wars and an economic crisis.
Torture is all Pelosi's fault.
They hate Meghan McCain and anybody that speaks ill of their leader, rush the radio entertainer.
Everything our President does is an outrage.
Finally, w and cheney are the best ever.

Yes, not only do sites such as FR not tolerate an occasional liberal comment, they don't tolerate conservative comments that are occasionally less than extreme. Whack jobs, all.
