Mike Turner is in trouble - the always-Republican Fox News has declared Congressman Turner's district a potential upset this November. Of course, signs have pointed to this for some time now. Democratic voter registration increased this year, and the Obama campaign has averaged registering 3,000 new voters a week in the city of Dayton. Even Fox News can't ignore the Democratic strength in OH-3.

Fox says: Key Races - Midwest: OH 3 (Potential for upset): Mike Turner (R) has a rematch with his 2004 opponent, Jane Mitakides (D). The District is comprised of much of urban Dayton which helps with Obama at the top of the ticket. Plus absentee ballots heavily favor Democrats.
