With all of the interest in Canada mucking around in American politics the last few days, some renewed hope for Barack Obama. According to a Canadian Press Harris-Decima survey, Canadian respondants would elect either political party in Canada with a 2:1 landslide if Barack Obama was the party leader.

"Harris-Decima president Bruce Anderson says the poll points both to Obama's widespread, non-ideological appeal in Canada and to voters' uninspired relationship with current party leaders."
