The Fox News affiliate in Detroit featured a segment called "The Love Doctor" (click to just before the halfway mark) that discussed how others can follow the Obamas' lead for a healthy and happy relationship. Sounds innocent enough, right? Well, it's the poor choice of wording that will leave you feeling dirty.
