CNN R U Serious? Satire. It's In the Dictionary. Look It Up.

What's wrong with people? Obvious satire taken as "claims" by CNN? The crybabies on here I can understand but CNN?

Personally I think it's the best time to hold Obama's feet to the fire, maybe he'll get our majority in the house and senate to actually pass a REAL health care reform bill.

Voltaire and Swift are spinning in their graves. We've become a nation of whiners! CNN is outclassed by SNL?

So much easier to pull apart a late night comedy sketch than to do real journalism, I guess.

Yeah great point. While I can see the "human interest" side wouldn't THAT story be way "light"? This is bizarre in that they want to have it both ways.

Sure it's a gag, but what about it's CLAIMS?

It's claim is to be funny. Maybe throw some shade at Obama at a crucial moment like "we are rooting for you dude... c'mon and get this healthcare thing done..."

But NO. It MUST be an attack on his administration. Oh, and thanks for the free publicity, CNN.

Duh and DUH.

Glenn Beck can drive the ACORN story, George Will can fabricate climate change editorials, and Bill Kristol can get a job with the WaPo as an editorial writer after having three of his editorials corrected in a one year period at the NYT. The comedic stylings of Beck, Will and Kristol are accepted as the norm. I think CNN found an SNL skit to be a credible source for political criticism because of the current state of MSM.

In today's MSM the funny papers have moved to the front page. CNN is also the home of Lou Dobbs who has his own style of comedy.

I went back to that link re praying to Obama on Dobb's site and it's down.
