		        <![CDATA[<p>He spoke at my law school in Atlanta last spring about voter fraud.  It was a debate, and a noteworthy Atlanta attorney read him the riot act in front of a friendly audience; but, that was not the most interesting thing I took away.  (BTW, he used to chair the Fulton County, Georgia, Republican Party.)</p>

<p>He and I spoke after the event about partisanship and whether it was important for our elections to be run by non-partisan civil servants.</p>

<p>Here is what he said to me, verbatim:<br />
"No one can be completely non-partisan."</p>

<p>I guess he was really talking about himself.<br />
And that's all you need to know about Mr. Von Spakovsky.</p>]]>
