LET'S HEAR IT FOR THE PROGRESSIVE BLOGGERS :)
I forecasted that the bloggers would become the mainstream media 5 years ago. I was right!-(so he says immodestly:))
I tilt toward the progressive blogs myself.
I have to hand it to Huff Post
Thanks Huff Post for all your good work.Your recent capacity to attract currently serving politicians as guest bloggers is noteworthy and laudable.
HUFF POST HAS EMERGED AS THE LEAD BLOG AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.(DAILY KOS IS MORE OF A "ZOO").
I love TPM Cafe's "my own blog" feature and AlterNet is now posting ten best comments by readers in the past week-good for AlterNet!AlterNet has some damn good writers like Joshua Holland.
Credit also the highly prolific Kevin Drum on Washington Monthly
There are others-too numerous to mention :)
GO BLOGGERS!

It's going to be hard for "them" to put the toothpaste back in the tube. But... If they find a way... I'll see you at Gitmo!
Congratulations on the accuracy of your prediction. There may be hope for our country yet, despite "Georgie" and his crew.

Chuck Keller- (finally someone with a real name instead of all those silly "handles")

Gitmo is NOT in our future
Better times are!

Better times ahead, huh? I hope you're right. If "Georgie" and Dick "The Monster" Cheney and the rest of their puppet masters throw the right amount of money at Blackwater, we could wind up in small pieces or just a puddle of blood at any specified moment.
Like the old joke says: You're not paranoid if everybody REALLY does hate you!

I worry more about getting the mushroom cloud back into that nice shiny plutonium ball (yes, I know it's not really a ball).

I'm feeling the tide has definitely turned. In part I credit the progressive bloggers!
But Bush's probably unprecedented incompentency has helped moved our agenda along.
