By Oct. the voter will clearly see the winter coming and fuel prices will still be worse. Obama saying there's nothing we can do because of supply and demand is not a great answer.       This war has been so unfair to the people who have fought it. It
reminds of learning about how people bought their way out of
conscription during the civil war. Those in the National Guard and in
the Reserves really paid the price...I feel that it should now be a
requirement for any member of the House of Representatives or Senate that they have
a tour of duty in any war where they approved any funding - age
should not be a factor - it hasn&apos;t been for many of the people in the
National Guard or the Reserves.

McClatchy is a decent news source - I still think NPR has some value - and the blogs like TPM are very important. He wasn't much of a gunho military man during the Vietnam era either. He was rather subtle&nbsp; with his influence. I've never been a person that thought that violence could solve my problems so I haven't turned to guns until recently. The squirrel that is trying to eat into my house has caused me to get out my Daisy Mae and sting his behind once in a while. He still taunts me, however....<br /></p>]]>
