You Are the System

Time's Up writes Keith Farnish, but despite a positive review from Dmitry Orlov, I am too brain-tired, perhaps too stingy, to buy any more doomer books or videos. It's not that I disagree, I just don't need any more convincing.

Emancipation from mental slavery.
Indeed.
To see yourself as part of the whole and unique from it simultaneously.
To recognize that I and thou create our domain and shape our attitudes in relation to the domain. Thus the spiritual state of reflection is sublimated to the way things are.
If the author's attitude flips this relationship, then I am on board.
We are the system. Yes. And the system reveals our Buddha nature. Resplendwnt with the jewel of consciosness we make the world in our image.
Now we have to learn to shape the image.

Agreed.
Listening to this small snippet on 'real connection' had me pondering the effect of moving away from 'religion' and 'church' and how this maybe have affected lack of connection, one of the benefits of getting together every week for a common purpose.
And protesting against racism, the viet nam war, etc were things that unified people.
But for some reason now we do seem more connected and less connected and it seems harder to get us to get together. I can see that.
And shaking things up, well I am the one never 'fitting in', constantly unseen and rarely understood, and often going against the grain so I am not sure I can get anymore 'sideways' in my ways of being.
It seems we are far from consciously co-creating the world at this point because not enough of the world is able but we can at least keep working toward it and understanding the fundamental laws at play which appear to still be quite myterious even to those who claim to have discovered them.
Having said that, if things get dark Donal and you start having some lady show up in your dreams telling you to grab your family and head towards Boulder, CO, I am here already (referencing 'The Stand' and your doomer exploits) so just send me 'an email'(referencing lack of connection):)
