Jacoby's YPM firm has been the go-to operation for GOP registration and petition drives in several states Jacoby himself falsified his own voter registration to muliple pohony addresses so he could collect names. Source? Himself -- he pled guilty to it. (Like most plea bargains -- is was probably a brokered plea deal and there was more out there.)
As for being a Democratic plot, it was Bush who outsourced quite a number of housing efforts to ACORN.

Hey folks, take it easy on this guy. You could drive him away and then this blog would lose its only Birther.
I never thought we would attract a fringer like this guy -- a full-blown, saliva-dripping Believer. I'll be he embarrases even loonies like Bulldog and his wacko buddies.
It's just too much fun having him around to risk driving him off. Admittedly, trying to agree with him would be too obvious (not to mention painful), but try this: Respond to him with quips like, "You don't say?" or "Pray tell us more!" or "Wow! Show us where the Constitution says that." In other words, keep his drivel flowing, encourage him, and keep laughing.
