		        <![CDATA[<p>I believe it's primarily because Zogby weights his responses according to 2004 party self identification rations, which were roughly equal. This time round self-idents are about 40:30 (D:R), with 30 either independent or no response, which significantly skews the results to the Republicans' benefit.</p>

<p>FYI, I believe Nate's actually recapped his problems with Zogby's methodology this past week.</p>]]>
