		        <![CDATA[<p>Alaska has become one of the largest recipients of congressional plus-ups since Palin took office.  Currently ranked #2 in total dollars of supplemental funding from congress.  So let's see...Alaska has no state income tax, sales tax or property tax but they recieve billions of dollars from the tax payers in the other 49 states?  definitely redistribution of wealth!   </p>]]>
