Obama runs nearly even with McCain in the so-called red states, all of which George W. Bush won in 2004.
Eavesdropping in KY is a Felony, as is the placement of a bug. I'm not sure why Lunsford didn't turn over the recorder as evidence to the State Police. If his opponent was aware the plan, he's likely guilty of conspiracy to commit a felony.

I think you need to step back for minute and relax. I know things are tense going into the final week, but you need to see this as what it was meant to be - parody, of the McCain campaign. Certainly McCain's association with Stevens has been much closer than Obama's with Bill Ayers, but apparently that doesn't mean McCain feels Ayers isn't fair game. I don't think Ayers (or Wright) is fair game, but if McCain does, he needs to think about that story of the man who lives in glass house.
