Seriously, do people still actually drive without a seatbelt?

Is this like an over-50 or over-60 thing or something? Like you grew up driving without one, and now you still just can't get used to it?

I mean, it's really just an unthinking, almost reflexive thing. You get in the car, and you put on the seatbelt.
