I ________ Having Voted No Will Not Accept Any Funds From Stimulus Bill
I want every Senator and every House of Representative to sign this statement. Then I want that statement copied and mailed out to each and every one of their constituents.

Rec'd, Coonsey.
I think I was a little tough on you in the past, but this is exactly the type of commonsense, every man/woman illustration of reality that we need more of.
Great job!

I sure hope you have put that idea on change.gov and sent a copy to your Representative and Senator.
And I would encourage everyone else, especially those of you with Republican Representatives and Senators to do the same...
One of the best ideas I've seen, Coonsey...good job. Big, fat rec.

In South Carolina, Governor Mark Sanford has already publicly stated is desire to refuse federal bailout money. DeMint has made a similar claim.
Give us a break down here. We're doing a fine job of going down the toilet on our own. We don't need any help.

I also suggest this method of making a point. We might also want to change the word State to district for house members.

Another suggestion would be for all those Senators (including Blue Dogs) and the GOP Govs who are opposing the spending:
Forgo funding for your state.
Simple. That will cut the spending down. Everyone gets what they want, right?
