America Needs A Higher Civilian Award

Now that Rumsfeld has "resigned" our country's leadership should consider the creation of a new and even more prestigious award. The Medal Of Freedom seems inadequate for such a man.

After all, they gave Tenet that medal and the former head of Homeland Security/FEMA got one too. Their incompetence doesn't even begin to compare to Rumsfeld's!

I'd like to suggest the name for the new medal: Award for Success and Strategery (That's strategy to you and me)! (A.S.S.)

Wouldn't it be an appropriate image to carry us forward to see "Georgie" hanging his new (A.S.S.) around "Rummy's" little pit bull neck from a deep blue ribbon, symbolic of the Democratic victory which finally cost him his job.

Call your Senator or Representative today! Let's push this idea! I think it's a winner.

If we can get this grass roots movement to catch on, maybe President Pelosi can hang one on "Georgie" and Dick "The Monster" Cheney after their impeachment. Think positively! The future is looking brighter.

We, The People

I've been holding back on blogging for a while because it was just too easy to attack the right wing corruption, incompetence, arrogance and hypocricy.

I've been worried for a long time about the monsters in power and their lies destroying the country I love so much.

"Georgie" and his evil puppet masters have lied about most things. They have attempted to build a monarchy from the shattered crumbs of our beloved republic. They have used fear, lies and threats to scare the people of this country into submission.

Well, we the People, have finally spoken to this administration.

Congratulations, America! You've finally stood up to these monsters and they will be forced to listen to reason.

I'm still worried that the Patriot Act powers they put in place may be used but I'm hopeful they won't attempt to overrule our will by calling for martial law.

Their capacity for evil is limitless but I'm not sure even Dick "The Monster" Cheney can maintain that smirk after tonight's election.

These guys will be investigated and exposed for all the evil I've known about since they stole our country in 2000. The bright light of freedom will be shined into their sewer and I can't wait to watch the rats scamper.

Hopefully tonight ended the arrogance. Nothing can stop their incompetence. Nothing can bring back 3,000 brave Americans who have given their lives for these Neo-Con's immoral actions.

But maybe the poor have hope again. Maybe those of us who weren't smart enough to be born with wealthy parents will have a shot at the American dream again. Maybe there is hope again!

I love this country. I will be watching to see where we go from here. But at least I can breathe again for the first time in 6 years without tasting the awful stench of the corruption which has run rampant for too long.

Thank you, America! Thank you, Americans!
