In Washington on Saturday, it seemed to me that the first inconstancy started at 17% votes counted. The Democratic primary kept updating but the Republicans did not change for what seemed like two hours.

 IIRC Huckabee was up 2 or 3, McCain was ahead of Ron Paul by 2. I was hoping that Paul would come in second. Is that when the shenanigans started?
