To start, I am an Obama supporter. Ive been lurking on TPM for a few months and just recently started to post here.

This weekend I had the unexpected opportunity of having a conversation with an acquaintance of mine who is a longtime Democrat and who has not come out for any of the candidates so far. During the course of our conversation my freind asked if I had watched Hillary's speech on Saturday, to which I answered in the affirmative. My acquaintance inquired as to my thoughts on the topic.

Now my question is: what is the best way to proceed with this conversation? To reiterate, I don't know which candidate this person might be leaning to. Keep in mind that my goal is to leave this person knowing that they have a better opinion of Barrack Obama.
