Looks like the missing ballots issue in MPLS was decided by simply accepting the original count from election day.  Big Plus for Al Franken.
In addition the Canvassing Board has recommended that the absentee ballots that were improperly rejected be counted and the number forwarded to the board.  The decided not to decide how they would deal with it. 

All in all good news for Al Franken.
