Let's stop tiptoeing around the truth and start using proper english that anyone can understand.
TRAITOR-somebody who is disloyal or treacherous.
Conspirator-a member of a group of people planning or agreeing in secret to commit an illegal or subversive act.
Plotter-somebody who is involved in a secret plan, especially to do something illegal or subversive.
Conniver-to pretend not to know about or do nothing to stop a wrongful or illegal act, thus showing encouragement of or consent to the act.
Turncoat,collaborator,conspiritor, please continue.

So, objecting to fiscal/tax policy is now treason? Funny that when your party was out of power, we were told that it was the height of patriotism to object to policies one disagreed with, even announcing that the war was lost or praising the enemy and condemning our troops was said to be patriotic. How dare someone's patriotism be questioned we were told. Guess the rules changed Jan. 20.

I agree, Bulldog. Rather than label these protestors as traitors, I would publicly state how much I respect their right to their views even though I believe the evidence would show them wrong in opposing health care reform.
Is my approach the ethical way to address this issue? I don't know - I'm basically results-oriented. It's sort of "the end justifies the means" principle.

After reading some of bulldogs posts, I feel that I have hit it right on the head. I am sure that if you read the rest of the words in my post you will see that bulldog fits them quite well.
Time to stop pussyfooting and stand up. Maybe a couple of teabaggers getting fat lips will qualify as 'torture' to you bulldog.
I am willing to take a D.C. arrest for plugging the yap of some loony birther or hater that is trying to disrupt any meeting I go to. I WILL protect my right to a peaceful meeting.
To quote 'Network' "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore'.
Act civilized and you can say what ever you want. Act like a thug and be treated like same.
