That's up to a prosecutor. Most of them are hold overs from the Bush administration. Perhaps Bush cronies are now conspiring to keep BO in office by neglecting to investigate the issue.

Well, I am regularly detailing my concerns to my representatives.

Even given my many criticisms of his actions I now feel safe enough to send my thoughts. Under GWB I did not feel safe but I still wrote, albeit with less frequency and vehemence.

But hasn't there already been an investigation of the BOs' nativity?

My original birth certificate was a 'Certificate of Live Birth' but after 2002 the state changed the heading to 'Birth Certificate' with a completely different format. I doubt they even have the original as there was a fire in my hometown court house. Means nothing as far as I am concerned.

But it must be about an issue before the court. Must be a suit. What is it? Courts are not like suggestion boxes - they don't take or consider documents unrelated to a pending case.

Sounds kind of scary. Democracy assumes and in fact welcomes dissent. I don't want a unified voice of the people. The founders created separation of powers for a reason.

What would be wrong with forming our own system. Citizens pitch in to support/retain a doctor. Self insurance in a way. Source drugs overseas (amazingly easy to do), pay the doctor to keep an office open and a decent wage and I bet the cost would be very low. Many contractual issues though. I think it could be done. Passive resistance. Step around the establishment.
