McCain's concession speech
This was the best speech I think I've ever seen him give (pace the obligatory Palin props and the reactions of his audience). Where was this guy all year?

What an excellent time for the real McCain to show up. With that concession speech, he has restored my faith in the amazing process that so flummoxes our detractors: Our ability to come together after a bitter struggle, for the good of all the country.

Hard to know which McCain is the one who would have run the country had he won; insert that kind of oratory and subtract one pitbull hockey mom, and we'd have a different president tonight.
