Thanks for the tip, Bar Kafka. Am happily listening as we speak.

Liking "I Feel A Change Comin' On." Cheers.

You are most welcome, quinn esq. It is always a good day when Dylan releases new work. The man is a national treasure, and it is downright monumental to see him collaborating with Robert Hunter on alot of this album. Happy Trails.

Sorry I didn't see this BK. This will be the second work I am purchasing within a week on the basis of a recommendation from you, the first being Professor Avishai's "Hebrew Republic", which I intend to read while on vacation and without access to internet interference. As to the new album, it is quite a review (makes growing older seem to have its good points too). Cheers.

Last night I finally got around to giving the whole album a spin from start to finish. A few tracks jump right on top of me, like "Beyond Here Lies Nothing," "My Wife's Hometown," "If You Ever Go To Houston" and "I Feel A Change Comin' On." Overall, I like the way it builds to the smart-assed conclusion of "It's All Good." It's prophetic lit with a sense of humor.

I still have to get around to Avishai's book. Might we see you blog about it when you return from vacation...?

Sure, look for it around Memorial Day. I'll be gone the week before. Hope you're still trying to round up your softball team in the interim. Cheers.
