Have not heard anything since I have been buying up Cialis and Soma all morning.
I was just joking about the Repugs hiring college students to spam TPM but maybe the Fellowship Foundation has been spending some money to attack.

I got a reply from Versha to my email. She said they've had internet problems at the office this morning but they'd get to it ASAP.
Brrrrr! Are we really going to encourage the FBI to censor the web? If Cialis and Soma are regulated, what else might they regulate? I think TPM just needs to figure out how to self-regulate.
I don't know that anyone is encouraging it, but was told this does violate federal laws pertaining to terms of usage; interference with private enterprise, et al.
Specifically if this is concentrated effort to harm specific business due to political motives.
Any attorneys out there care to comment?

Well, there is that, but I'm still less then comfortable. I can see it getting abused for political purposes too.
