Rightwing hate talk murders; what's the solution?

Oh, this answer is so easy, so simple, so perfect, it will NEVER be used. Not in a million years.

Bring back the Fairness Doctrine.

Once it was abolished, Rush's fortune (and those of countless other nutjob shills, media whores and the FOX News Network) was made.

Bring back the Fairness Doctrine. It worked before. It's their worst nightmare. It'll put them all right out of the propaganda business, if not bankrupt altogether. Aside from seeing George W. Bush retire to Dallas, nothing could be more satisfying for me than THAT.

Nothing could be easier to sell to the American public, too, especially if the rightwingers keep killing people, if this terror doesn't stop. And from the looks of it, it's just heating up.

Seeing George W. Bush sent to Guantanamo doesn't count?

That aside, yes, the Fairness Doctrine needs to be reactivated. As does some severe repression focusing on right-wing terror groups of both the practice and advocacy stripes.

I have a feeling that seeing George W. Bush in a Guantanamo orange jumpsuit would bring out the Nazis and Dick Cheney dead-enders like nothing else. I would like to see that more than you know, but it ain't gonna happen.

And the world is all the worse for it. Another murderer goes free. A thief and a liar, too.

Fortunately, he's in Dallas now, having been rendered fairly harmless, picking up dogshit.

I'm not into repression. I'm into Nazis marching in Skokie. Let the world see their true idiocy and insanity, instead of hiding it behind repression where it festers in the dark and fools even more moderate folks. Just give reality equal time, and a moron like George W. Bush will never again be selected by the Supreme Court as President.

Probably.
