Why I am less than ecstatic about Obama's Presidency so far

Let's see. How can I put this? Without being labeled a concern troll? How about this:
I disapproved of 99% of the actions George W. Bush took as President. That is no exaggeration; a mere handful of decisions that he made can I actually say I approved of. He was the Worst President Ever for very good reasons.
So...if Obama decides to KEEP about 10% of Bush's decisions in action...how, exactly, am I supposed to feel about that? Grateful that we have stem cell research...but still livid that Obama actually goes to bat in court for a war criminal like John Yoo? In order to protect supposed powers that Bush seized illegally to begin with?
Ten percent of George W. Bush's policies is ALMOST ten percent more than I can stomach. And that is what Obama has offered me and the rest of America for the last six weeks.
I would never have voted for John McCain, or a single Republican, over Barack Obama. He will make a REMARKABLE President. But Obama himself has given us the method by which we should make him accountable to us, to make him take that last ten percent and Do The Right Thing.
He said, in near direct quote of FDR: MAKE me do it.
