Nielsen: 33.6 million watched Obama ad
Obama beats the World Series:
Obama's 30-minute primetime infomercial was seen by 33.6 million viewers across seven networks -- including CBS, NBC, Fox, Univision, MSNBC, BET and TV One.
That's 70% more people than watched the conclusion of the World Series last night on Fox (19.8 million). Clearly, Obama vs. McCain is more compelling to viewers this week than Phillies vs. Rays.
Nielsen estimates that roughly 71% of viewers were white, 17% of viewers were black and 15% were Hispanic.*

What I'd like to know is how many of those 33.6 million are true undecided voters and not people already voting for Obama.

under $0.15 per viewer for a 30 minute period of undivided attention - right before Game 5 of the World Series?
That's a damned smart ad buy.
as for undecideds, one can safely assume most watching on Fox News were not decided Obama voters.

Plus over 1 million have viewed the video just at you tube. And it's been embedded so many other places too. So millions more have likely seen it. And that's only in 24 hours.
I'm wondering if this could even affect the polling. Even if only 1% or so were to be convinced, that would be huge. But it's the easiest way now for any undecided or wavering voter to get a good look at Barack.

Does the Obama campaign have a theme song?
Play that tune every minute, everyday, reinforcing by association, OBAMA.
Play it at the polling places while standing in line.
