Time For A How Debate Instead Of A What Debate

In viewing the last Democratic Debate on CNN, I felt the moderators were more interested in their own questioning agenda, rather than extracting useful information from the candidates.   It is clear there is not much difference between the Obama and Clinton.

To that end, I would like to suggest a portion of the upcoming MSNBC debate be designated as a "how" session.     For example, "How would the respective candidates guide their respective health care plans through Congress?

I think a "how" session would give us much needed, as to this point lacking information to their leadership style / effectivness.
