The reader spoke to us, apologized, and promised to respect the site's Terms of Use going forward. We then reinstated his account conditioned on his adherence to our Terms going forward. He wrote a post apologizing for writing the original post. Mr. Morano has attempted to claim the post was published by TPM even though he knows it was posted by a reader in the site's discussion area.
