Palin, once all of the hype is over, will realize that she is being played just like McCain played Ridge, Pawlenty and Lieberman. 

Yes, Palin is a hail mary pass.  But she will be intercepted by the 18 million cracks that McCain thought would vote for him because he put a woman on the ticket. Those women will vote for Obama.

There's is a pattern here also.  Cindy was a rodeo queen. Palin was a beauty queen.  This is a 1970s type hire.  Find anybody so that you can appear progressive, regardless if they are qualified.  McCain did this for the old men who trade notes about their "girl."   Enough!

Everyone is missing the point about Gov .Palin.  Sarah Palin is Cindy and Karl Rove's pick.  She's young, attractive, a mom, has the right titles on her resume, and is republican. Both Karl and Cindy know that the VP pick would need to be weaker than McCain so that they could run the country with McCain has the puppet.  A strong VP would have blocked that.  Watch Cindy McCain at rallies, etc.  Rove called Lieberman to tell him to drop out of the running. She treats McCain like an old man who needs to be guided around. Imagine him in the White House.

Based on the published reports and available video, Palin is in way over her head. To be a governor, she is ignorant of the role of the VP of the United States.  That's rich!  She wants to make sure that the VP is a step up from being governor.  That's scary.

When John McCain saw photo again, he stopped listening to the reasoning why he should pick Palin.  All he needed to know was she someone to entertain him until Nov. 5, the day the country retires his jersey. 

Check out McCain stealing peeks at Palin's butt while she spoke today.  This guy has picked some entertainment for VP.  This is not a real, serious choice. 

Newshounds.us has uncovered a McCain that Fox is running that has the word Change with the C and E blocked out so that you get HANG.  This is outrageous but not surprising.   The Rovians are getting afraid like a corned cat.

He doesn't recognize that there are no rules for campaigns. If he expects the republicans and the MSM to play fair, won't happen. He can save all of the consensus building language for governing.  Campaigning is a fight not a debate.  Leave the note cards at home and take up the weapons of politics.

The mountain top might be in sight, but there is a valley filled with snakes waiting to strike Barack Obama for getting too close.   The Clintons,  McCain, Fox and MSM  are conspiring to snatch the White House from his grasp.  The voters will need to provide a bridge to the promise land.

Karl Rove continues to demonstrate his fear of Obama winning the white house.  I don't expect Fox contributors to say anything positive about Michelle's speech last night at the DNC.  The bottom line for the Rovians is that they grew up with parents who taught them that black people are less than. So no matter what Barack and Michelle do, the Rovians will always keep blacks under their heel.

John McCain: POW (PSTD-suffering Old Womenizer)

I am John McCain. I was a POW and I approved this message.

According to the AP, Madonna opened her world tour in London with video comparing John McCain to Adolf Hitler and Zimbabwe’s authoritarian ruler Robert Mugabe.

I think that we are all missing the point: John McCain continues to use the POW experience as an excuse for his behavior since 1973 because he is crying out for help.  He never got the treatment for the PTSD.  He really doesn't want to be president. He is just screaming for attention to get the help that he truly needs.

Colin Powell was used by the GOP. Bush and Rumsfield marginalized him.   Powell will stay away from VP consideration.  McCain is considering him only because he knows that all the other VP options are lame.  Look at McCain's campaign. Not a whole lot of diversity of thought nor culture. So the die-hard Rovians will not let this happen.

McCain and the Rovians can't believe that Obama is beating them at their own game.  Joe Biden is the trump card that neutralizes any VP McCain is considering.  They underestimated just how smart and strategic Obama can be.  McCain relies on his team because he doesn't have the mind to think. Remember, he was fifth from the bottom in his class. Obama was president of Harvard Law Review.

Obama is rewriting the rules cast by Rove.  Aided by Fox News,  Limbaugh and all of the other Rovian blowhards, McCain is trying to win the White House with the playbook from the Jim Crow era.

Only this time, the only thing the Rovians will get McCain is a front row view of Obama's middle finger.

Only one of these would give McCain a chance at living in his 8th home at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
