Pelosi and Graham say C.I.A. misrepresented the truth
I am waiting for the next current or former member of that august body of the United States government to step up and tell us what was said to whom and when it was said. Do we really need any more evidence that the Bush Administration fooled the American people while the C.I.A. did a number on Congress?

She'd have a stronger case had Speaker Pelosi not "misrepresented the truth" herself. That said, she should call for a full Truth Commission that includes the actions of the CIA, the Administration and the Legislature (including herself).
And I assume we can now agree that she was advised by her aide? The leaks from the Pelosi camp were prep work for her press conference so she would not be the first one to say she "misrepresented the truth" about how much she knew about enhanced interrogation techniques and torture.

She was advised by her aide but the C.I.A. still lied to her. The most important point I was trying and continue to make is be very wary of the media when they say "sources", "a confidant" and the like.
