Thomas mulls case about Obama's birth certificate

What can I say about this man. When Bush 41 appointed him, I thought 41
was being cynical. I believe Justice Marshall, from all outside
appearances felt Thomas did not measure up to the bench. After all
drama during the confirmation, I really came to dislike him more than a
person should be allowed to dislike another person. His judicial
philosophy is vindictive at best. David Souter and I believe the New
Jersey Supreme Court dismissed this silly case.
