I don't really think we're going to know until after the election. One good thing is that people may now be a bit more liable to speak up about some things since this report because she will be less likely to launch more personal vendettas in the near future.
But, make no mistake, she takes, "I don't get mad, I get even!" to a whole new plateau.
Scary bitch is not a profanity here but a fact.
