I think what he (or she) is trying to say is that according to Pollster.com, the map has Obama currently at 320 electoral votes, McCain at 163, with 55 toss-ups.
So if the election were held today (assuming Pollster's curve projections are correct), the Big O would get somewhere between 320 and 375 electoral votes, depending where the toss-ups fell.
