It's Really True, Obama Can Win NC By a Landslide

A few weeks ago I wrote about the telltale signs that NC really is in play.  Forget about only bein in play, I now predict that Barack Obama will win NC in a landslide if his supporters don't take the win for granted and vote in large numbers.  On a regularly basis i make canvass calls for theObama campaign and my rejection factor has almost disappeared.  The people I talk too are downright enthusiastic about Obama and a lot of them plan to early vote.  I just finished calling 100 people and only 1 was for McCain, I was undecided (after my plug, I think he is at least leaningObama) and by overwhelming numbers it was Obama.

One lady remarked that she was glad that Jesse Helms was not looming large anymore and that Obama was a welcomed changed.  So be encouraged, people really aren't stupid and gullible like the GOP seem to think and people understand that John McCain and SarahPalin are not really for primetime.  Keep working hard, the finish line is in sight!

N. Carolina and my home state of Indiana seem to be oddly paired during this election. Maybe not so oddly in that my long ago ancestors came from N. Carolina, and I think this may have been a fairly common migration back when. So, let's hope the sister states can team up and repaint the place Obama Blue this year. I think the Hoosiers just might have a surprise to spring, but we're playing it pretty close to the vest. Maybe it's something in the water. The branch water.
