Is it just me or is McCain hiding behind women while they do HIS dirty work? (sorry if this is a duplicate)
In the last 2 weeks the ONLY people I have seen in full on negative attack mode are women.
It's women, making all the inflammatory charges against Obama while McCain himself, appears to be afraid to do the same.
So far the only people from McCain's Campaign openly attacking Obama with lies and smears are Nancy Photonauer (sp?), Nicole Wallace, Sarah Palin and now Cindy McCain. Women are the ONLY ones going ALL OUT negative for McCain.
John McCain is using women to attack Obama with smears and innuendo everywhere, from campaign rallies to national TV appearances he is even USING a woman to do his negative campaign ads.
We are seeing a "CAMPAIGN TO THE DARK SIDE".
McCain has sent out a team of WOMEN in an attempt to try to "soften" the smears his campaign has decided are his last desperate chance.
Is this an intentional tactic by the McCain Campaign? Do they think that if it is a woman telling lies about Obama they are more likely to get away with it? Now Karen Hughes has joined the choir and I expect to see her VERY SOON going negative on behalf of McCain.
I really believe that this is an intentional move/tactic by John McCain to have women do HIS dirty work while he hides behind them and just keeps "trying" to smile and be a "Maverick".
My wife is PISSED because she says that McCain is "just using these women as cover for his campaign's negative attacks on Obama"
Anyone else see it this way? If you do, please point it out to your women friends, for that matter point it out to men too.

Absolutely, this is a tactical move (not a strategy, John). It's not McCain himself launching these attacks - it's his Pit Bull, Sarah - and a few other "tough-as-nails" female surrogates. If Obama hits back or attempts to defend, that's sexist, 'cuz you can't attack a woman.
Ultimately, yeah, John's a coward. He's sending women out to do his dirty work and denying responsibility.

I thought of that the minute I saw Cindy McCain yesterday on the stump. She looks like a bimbo Barbie doll.
Anyone who hasn't seen the cover of Rolling Stones latest issue on "Make Believe Maverick" should check it out. A lot of real woman problems. Go to YouTube and watch him drive a woman to tears.
The man is a coward, a bully, a misogynist.
Believe me, he has all the symtoms of PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder. His cursing and overreacting are just two of those symtoms. Pile anger on top of that. The thought of this man in the White House is just terrifying. The only thing scarier is Palin.

I think using women is a tactic to show that women support him, and will do anything. He's trying to get women to vote for him.
It also I think, shows he is sick of being negative, and cannot do it himself anymore, so SOMEONE has to do it.
It is a sorry state when our nation goes back to the hate comments of my youth.
Sen. Obama and his staff are class acts, and McCain cannot hope to compete against his competence and his character.

John McCain is in charge of John McCain's campaign. If he's sick of being negative, he has to direct everyone else to back off the negative attacks. Because it doesn't matter if it comes out of Palin's or Cindy's mouth or any of the other chicks he's got out there campaigning for him - it is his responsibility.
He is willing to do anything to get elected. The only reason he's not shouting all the negative lies himself is so he can claim his hands are clean.
He is drowning in his own mud. It is a fitting end to a career built on currying favors from his father's and grandfather's cronies and his wife's money.

Now he's also referring to Hillary's Ayers statements during the primary. The difference is that Hillary had the cojones to say these things to Obama's face whereas McCain, not so much.
McWuss is rich and powerful because of a woman, gained in the polls because of a woman, and launches his cowardly attacks using women.

If he's hiding behind the women, he's doing a piss-poor job of it. He reminds me of a little 3 year old playing hide and seek by covering his head and leaving his bottom in plain sight.
I don't think having women spouting off is a problem for Obama, though, because everybody knows it's springing forth from mccain. Obama can go after him and ignore Palin and Cindy's a cypher anyway. Let the conservatives go after Palin. They're doing a fine job so far.

Cindy McCain calls Obama's the "dirtiest campain in history".
Obama may have bought a $3 million projector.
But McCain is married to a $100 million projector.

I don't think it's your imagination, I suspect that McCain likes to fight dirty. It suits his nasty streak. He probably thinks having the women attack Obama it just good tactics, or, would McCain have said, good strategy?

Perhaps they're trying to provoke a response that will help them revive the plot line from Birth of a Nation. If Obama (or his campaign) rebukes these women for lying, McCain can rush to the aid of the innocent White woman threatened by the newly empowered Black man.
They worked a similar angle with the "wolf" ads for Sarah Palin. Remember "he will try to destroy her?"

My Friend, this obviously shows your naivete when it comes to distinguishing between tactics and strategy.
Using women (often times referred to in the literature as 'cunts') is only a tactic.
Using women to criticize your opponent because your opponent cannot strike back for fear of alienating Hillary voters... now THAT'S a strategy.
