Can McCain-Palin finally turn the ecomony into a positive?
Perhaps today will be the turning point where McCain-Palin finally finds a away to turn around the economy as a positive for the campaign.
How you say? By it being so bad that it buries the story of the "Troopergate" report far down or even off the front pages. The strategy appears to be to distract voters from their corruption with their incompetence.

How many decades have to pass since Watergate before we can stop attaching the "gate" suffix to every frickin' scandal. It's beyond tired.
