We can argue all day long about her lack of RELEVANT experience, her lack of public positions and the strange hump-back pose she strikes when shaking hands, but when it comes to foreign policy she is dangerous to every citizen of the United States (and possibly the world).
Dick Cheney has spent the last 8 years expanding the power and influence of the VP's office and to put someone so "wet behind the ears" (did I just call her an elephant?) into that role could have disasterous effects that we can't even consider.
