What is the Bush Doctrine, Sarah?

When I heard Barbie of the North guess that the Bush Doctrine was "his worldview" I thought she was just dumb.

I had no idea that "worldview" was one of those christofascist code words that the wingnuts so enjoy using, until I stumbled upon this.
