Track Palin joins the army to avoid jail?
There is a whole lot of rumor out there, but I have heard this one at a few places, just google Palin and Jail.
Rumor is he cut the brake line on a school bus and took the army to avoid jail time.
Sounds crazy, but seeing what has panned out as true so far was crazy before it was confirmed.

As any judge knows, and any recruiter knows, you can't offer military service in lieu of jail. In the past, more than 20 years ago, you could, but not today.
As a matter of fact, if there is any mention of a 'deal' in the court records, the applicant would be disqualified from military service.
The same goes for the Rumors that he was a drug addict, addicted to OxyContin and treated for the same. Yeah, that's a disqualification from Military service too.
